Ingredients to make Fried Spanish Snapper

1 chipotle in adobo, minced
1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon butter
2 fillets pacific snapper

Directions to make Fried Spanish Snapper

Step 1:Combine chipotle, adobo, sugar, lime juice and salt. Heat a non stick frying pan to medium. Add oil and butter. When butter foams add fish.
Step 2:Cook for 90 seconds then flip. Brush the cooked side with the chipotle mixture and cook for another 90 seconds. Flip again and brush again. Cook for another 60 seconds then flip one last time. Check that fish is done and flakes properly, remove from heat. Enjoy this delicious Spanisg recipe.
